Partner & Integrator

Lebanon, Lebanon

Biladi Cloud — Field Partner (Lebanon)

Integrator & Partner — commission-based, not a salaried position. This role is open to men and women.

We host Odoo 19 on biladi.cloud. Your main job: be close to the client, listen, and capture every detail of how their business works. Our technical team configures Odoo, sets up the system, and handles hard technical work.

Not only new ERP projects: if a company already uses Odoo 15, 16, 17, 18 or 19, Biladi Cloud can move them to our hosting, upgrade to Odoo 19, and clean the database — our technical team handles this. That gives you more businesses to talk to in your area.

A Lebanese team that has lived your business pains — Odoo hosting and operations.

You are the local voice of that promise: you understand the client’s reality on the ground; we turn it into Odoo on Biladi Cloud.

What you do

  1. Find companies — Start in your area (your city or region): businesses that need an ERP (sales, stock, invoices, accounts in one place). Call, visit, use your network. You can expand beyond your area as you grow.
  2. Check if they are a good fit — Short talk: what is their problem? How many people? Who decides? We do not take clients whose main business is alcohol, cigarettes, pork products, gambling, or similar activities.
  3. Present Biladi Cloud — Explain our hosting on biladi.cloud and our slogan: we are a Lebanese team that knows real business pains in this market. You represent Biladi Cloud, not your own separate service.
  4. Listen and document — This is your core skill. You meet the client, ask the right questions, and write down all details: how they sell, buy, stock, invoice, who does what, what hurts today, what they want tomorrow. You pass clear notes to Biladi Cloud technical team. You do not need to be an Odoo expert — you need to listen well and not miss details.
  5. Stay the link during the project — Our team configures Odoo. You stay in contact with the client: answer simple questions, schedule meetings, make sure nothing is forgotten, and that the client feels heard.
  6. Stay in touch after go-live — Follow up so clients use the system and stay happy. You remain their local contact.
  7. First support — You answer simple day-to-day questions. For configuration, hosting, or technical problems → Biladi Cloud technical team.

How you work with us

  • You: find clients, meet them, listen and document; explain Biladi Cloud locally; client relationship & follow-up.
  • Biladi Cloud: configure Odoo, setup, technical delivery; quote, plan, platform, backups; hard technical fixes.

We work in Arabic, French, and English — with clients and with our team. Use the language that fits each conversation; you do not need to master all three on day one.

After the partner agreement, you receive a Biladi Cloud account so you can work with our team (notes, follow-up, coordination on biladi.cloud).

Pay

  • 25% of implementation fees (when project is done, per agreement)
  • 25% of what the client pays each month (hosting/users) while you stay their active partner and do first support
  • No salary

We need

  • Strong communication — listen, ask questions, write clear notes for our team
  • Good at talking to business owners (B2B)
  • Honest, professional, ready to sign Biladi Cloud partner agreement
  • Comfortable in at least one of Arabic, French, or English with clients; our team speaks all three
  • Odoo experience is a plus, not a must — we train you on what to ask; we do the technical setup

This is not

  • A salaried job
  • A technical Odoo developer role (our team configures)
  • “Only send leads” — you stay with the client and gather details
  • “Only sales talk” — you must document what the client needs
  • Your own hosting brand on the side for the same clients
