Accounting
Customer invoices, vendor bills, banks, tax, and period close in one ledger.
1759 features (fields & capabilities counted in the Odoo app family)
Odoo app: Invoicing / Accounting (Enterprise). Versions we cover: Odoo 15 → 19 (Community Invoicing and Enterprise Accounting).
What this module does
Accounting is the financial backbone of Odoo. It turns sales and purchases into customer invoices and vendor bills, tracks payments, reconciles bank statements, handles taxes, and produces the reports owners and auditors need for period close. Enterprise Accounting adds deeper reconciliation, follow-ups, and bank sync patterns used by real finance teams.
On your database
We train on your Odoo
We train on your chart of accounts, journals, taxes, and real documents — not a blank demo company. Your open invoices, bank journals, and closing habits become the classroom. Biladi then tightens configuration so next month-end is cleaner than the last.
Key flows we open
- Customer invoice → payment → reconciliation
- Vendor bill → three-way match with Purchase / Inventory
- Bank statement lines → match to payments and fees
- Tax reports and lock dates for month / year end
- Analytic distribution so managers see cost by project or department
Who we train
- Accountants and bookkeepers on daily posting and close.
- Controllers and CFOs on reports, lock dates, and oversight.
- Business owners on how to read the dashboard without living in Excel.
